5 Years - "Bumper to Bumper"

On ALL of our installed INGROUND pools, Ashton Pools, Ponds & Spas Inc. offers an industry leading 5-year full ‘bumper to bumper' warranty on all pool components and installed accessories. This warranty is over and above the manufacturer's warranty on ALL pool components and installed accessories.

Further, Ashton Pools warrants that Pool Wall Structures, Coping, Concrete Pool Bottoms and Inground Plumbing shall be free from manufacturing defects and, under normal conditions, will perform satisfactorily for as long as the original purchaser owns the pool. Concrete Pool Decks are warranted to be free from settlement, to remain tight to the coping and free of any abnormal defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the pool. Due to the inherent nature of concrete, some hairline cracking can occur and is considered normal, though the system is designed to minimize shrinkage and cracking. These warranties cover the cost of labour and materials.

Ashton Pools' liners are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, and not to separate at the seams as per the manufacturer's warranty. Should a defect or seam separation occur, Ashton Pools will repair the liner, or offer a replacement, as per the manufacturer's written warranty and fee schedule.

These warranties are in lieu of all others expressed or implied. All warranties are contingent on full payment of the original purchase price being made by the purchaser. All warranties are void if pool or equipment is abused, or if proper maintenance, care and winterizing procedures are not followed, or if proper chemical treatment of the pool water is not maintained. All warranty claims must be submitted in writing to the Ashton Pools, Ponds & Spas Inc. main office, and must be accompanied by a duly executed original copy of the pool sale agreement.
